My emails sent from francis@mymeow.biz and office@mymeow.biz are not being received. When will Homestead fix this?

Senders of emails sent to my francis@mymeow.biz and office@mymeow.biz email accounts are receiving a message "Thanks for your email and we will get back to you shortly." Hello, I wanted to know if Homestead is closing in 2026? Are we supposed to look for alternative platforms and what will happen to our email addresses?

Can receive messages but can not send them on either of the three E-mail accounts we are using. THIS IS URGENT! What should the setting be for POP3? Need this fixed ASAP! Have changed password already and tried multiple settings and still nothing works!
