I have two email addresses that I pay for under my domain name with homestead and since January 7 they seem to no longer function either for receiving or sending. Please fix or let me know what I need to do

Does anyone know of an email address I can contact Homestead on? I live in the UK so the last time I called them it cost me over £60, there fore I want to contact them by email. Thanks
