I updated my site using the website builder but it is not replacing my current website. When I enter the URL that I want to use, the system is stating that "this domain is already associated with a website account." Somehow I have two websites, and the one I meant to replace is still "live."

I am unable to phone an American phone number from where I am in New Zealand ! What email can I use to contact the Help team to cancel my account instead of phoning them?

Homestead tech support has informed me that I can not download copies of my files from my website to my laptop as backup. The cause is that 'websitebuilder' doesn't have this capability. Has anyone developed a method by which I can download my files?
