One of my websites - youmeandharry.com is not coming up when you put in the url online. You get this error: This site can't be reached. youmeandharry.com unexpectedly closed the connection. All of my other sites work just fine and my internet and cell phone connections are all good. Can anyone help

I wish to cancel my my website on Homestead, I have completed all the boxes of cancellation... and now it says I must phone them. I am unable to phone an American phone number from where I am in New Zealand ! What email can I use to contact the Help team to cancel my account instead of phoning them?

This is a screen shot of part of my site. There is an element 'hiding' off to the upper left that I can't see when in the editor. How can I get it displayed in the editor so I can remove it?

Homestead tech support has informed me that I can not download copies of my files from my website to my laptop as backup. The cause is that 'websitebuilder' doesn't have this capability. Has anyone developed a method by which I can download my files?

The drop down menus in the header stopped working from my website. They also stopped working in preview mode in sitebuilder.
