How do I change the text in the browser TAB

Over the years I have accumulated a number of images which are no longer being used on my site. I would like to remove them. Is there some way that I can display my image list, click on the image identifier to display the image associated with that identifier, and then delete the image?

Now trying to get to my website as I have for yeaes, it brings up an error that the client and server do not share a protocol. What is it and how do I fix it?
