Troubleshooting

When I go to Edit Site, I get this screen: SiteBuilder Plus Verifying that all your files are up to date. And it will not progress past this screen. I haven't edited my site in several months and need to get some changes made. Please help!

I checked the box for a video I posted on a page to play automatically. It will not play. It plays fine when the link is clicked, but not automatically. Any idea how to fix it? Thanks!
