Having trouble updating website streamer?

I have updated pictures of new listings to my website streamer (I am a Real Estate agent) and saved the changes, then published the site.  I simply replaced old material with new so should have had room for them.  Yet, when I go to my website, only the old items show up in the streamer? When I preview the listing everything looks ok, but it does not seem to publish.

I tried to open the website with other browsers and it still does not work.

So in review, I download new pictures, saved them and published them, but it did not work, except in the preview.

When your published website isn't showing newly saved images but they appear in your editor's preview, it is almost always caused by a stale web cache or an incorrect file path/broken sync between the editor and the live server. [1, 2]
How to Fix the Live Image Issue
  • Hard Refresh Your Browser: Your browser has likely saved the "old" version of the page. Bypass the cache by pressing Ctrl + F5 (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + R (Mac). [1, 2, 3]
  • Test in Incognito Mode: Open a new Private/Incognito window and check the live site. If the images appear here, your regular browser is simply displaying the cached version. [1, 2]
  • Force Re-Publish: Sometimes, the publish command stalls. Return to your website editor, make a tiny, invisible edit (like adding a period and then deleting it), and click Publish again to force a fresh upload of your assets. [1, 2, 3]
  • Check the Image File Format: Ensure you saved the images as .jpg, .png, or .webp. Avoid using spaces or special characters (like # or &) in the file names, as this can break image links on live servers. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Thanks.  I went in and did a quick change on one item and then republished and it worked. May just have been a quirk at the time. Odd.

I did have one other question. How do you delete old pictures from the Resource Documents under Website Files?  I have some old stuff taking up room but I do not see a way to delete them.

WEBSITE PAGE NOT PUBLISHING: Use Google Chrome or Firefox browser.
1. Try an F5 to Refresh your browser.
2. Publishing will be prohibited if you exceed your page limit or your storage limit. Does your account allow for 25 MB of disk space? If you are attempting to exceed that amount, so it will not publish.
3. You may add 1gb of space for $2/month.
4. you can look in the file manager and see if there are files no longer on a page that you can delete to free up some space.
5. To see your used and remaining storage space, go to homestead.com and log into your account. Select My Account > Account Summary > In the page that opens, you'll see your site stats, including the amount of MB used and remaining.
6. Do you have a 5 page plan? You may be trying to publish more than 5 pages. You can either remove pages to get down to 5, or you can add a 10/pack, 10 additional pages for $2/month.
7. Have you tried publishing from the file manager? https://community.homestead.com/homestead/topics/why-are-my-changes-not-publishing.

Have you reviewed your website publishing limitations?
