The delete site tab just leads to a "cannot delete site page" Any simple answers?

I am trying to edit my website, but I only get this message and it never goes to the edit page. What can I do?

I won't let me add "_" to a TXT name and I need to in order to point the domain to the new website. I'm trying to add "_webflow" to the TXT Name record and it isn't allowing the underscore.
