Why can't I work on my site online or download Site Builder to my computer. All I get is the 404 error.

Hello Is there something wrong with the server that won't let me upload my audio files? 112mb? It has been good for a long time and now it isn't.

When I go to add a product to my site, I do enter all the same information I used to in the same way but when I check to see if it "took", I get a page that has neither the product photo nor my write-up on it.  Anyone have guidance for how to fix?  Thanks --
