I want to unpublish my site and transfer my domain to Squarespace. Everytime I request my authorization code to do so under domains it throw my an error code "There was an error retrieving this domain's contact email. Please try again later." Has anyone experienced this and if so how can I unpublish

I recently edited my Home Page on Sitebuilder plus. However, when I embed a link on a email or Facebook page, the old home page still appears. How do I change the link to reflect the new home page? Thanks in advance for your help!
