how do I cancel my subscription

WHY DOES HOMESTEAD NO LONGER REPLY TO MY REQUESTS TO RESTORE DOMAINS

I went through the online process to cancel my practsoft account but it says I still have to phone you which costs me money calling from Australia. Please confirm that the account has been closed.

durandnow.com loads the main page but will not switch to any other pages -- just displays a white screen. Tried Chrome and Edge.

I'm downsizing my website's client services. I have the Platinum 'unlimited' package for $73 a month. I'd like to downgrade it to a smaller and hopefully less expensive package. How do I do this? I want to keep the site, but it's too big for my current business needs. A downsize will work perfect. T

Need cancel site and subscription. I have already moved my domain to another provider. Will not let me cancel on this site.

Updated Credit Card info and email is still down.

I have been told to close my website because it's not ADA approved, is that true and if so can you help me with this? Thanks, Ron

The domain had cancelled itself due to the transition from manager to manager not being made clear, when I called yesterday they said it could take minutes or up to 24 hours. We are well passed 24 hours and my domain still hasn't rebooted. Can someone help me on what to do?
