My site is down. Is the system down?

I have 2 domains and the first one It looks like I can point to another site but it's my second one I would like to point elswewhere. How can I make this one point elsewehere do I need to call support?

I bought a domain name from namecheap.com, which I have done a few times prior. I pointed the domain to my Homestead website, and edited the nameservers to reflect those stated by Homestead. namecheap says the domain IS INDEED pointed to your nameservers, but my URL is not working.
