The domain had cancelled itself due to the transition from manager to manager not being made clear, when I called yesterday they said it could take minutes or up to 24 hours. We are well passed 24 hours and my domain still hasn't rebooted. Can someone help me on what to do?

Why am I being charged if you do not host my web site?

I have been paying for two additional mailboxes which I no longer need. I've deleted those mailboxes; how do I now delete the billing charge for them?
