WHY DOES HOMESTEAD NO LONGER REPLY TO MY REQUESTS TO RESTORE DOMAINS

I went through the online process to cancel my practsoft account but it says I still have to phone you which costs me money calling from Australia. Please confirm that the account has been closed.

How can I copy the files and images on my website without doing each one at a time?

The domain had cancelled itself due to the transition from manager to manager not being made clear, when I called yesterday they said it could take minutes or up to 24 hours. We are well passed 24 hours and my domain still hasn't rebooted. Can someone help me on what to do?
