Can't change password

I have been unable to change the password in Account -> Contact Info & Security -> Password -> Edit as nothing happens when I click the Edit button.

To work around that I always just go to login and click "Forgot Password" however I'm now not getting the reset email.  I've tried several times over several days.  I've checked my junk/spam folder.  It worked in the past, but no more. 

How do I change my password?  This should be a simple task, but of course I'll have to wait weeks for a response.

As of 3/9/26, I can't change my password either.  

Also, if I try to change my security question, it allows me to change the question, but the 'SAVE' button doesn't work.  

Can someone at Homestead get these 2 problems fixed?  Thanks!

Your reply is the first one I've seen to my post.  Not being able to change your password is ridiculous, but Homestead doesn't seem to be too concerned.  I saw comments several months prior to mine about the exact same issue.  Good luck!

@mike5490​ I eventually got the Forgot Password link to send me the code needed to change it that way.  My recommendation to our organization is to change to WIX or SquareSpace or something where support exists.

Homestead is supposed to be transitioning over to Network Solutions, which is very prevalent in the industry.  I assume the transition hasn't occurred on our website yet.  I would think the tools will work properly under the Network Solutions umbrella (hopefully).
