I have a new domain (artfulcreationstx.com). I've published the website, but when I go to the url, it doesn't load anything.

Yes - I have cleared cache. Need to build a new websiteand edit existing website. Lost 2 days of work. 404 - File or directory not found. The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

For some reason I can't login. I reset my password in case that was the problem since this is a very old account but it still won't let me login to my website.
