Since at least 2:00 pm CST on 12/14/2025, email sent from our Homestead-hosted email accounts is not getting delivered. On two of our accounts (via POP [on iMAC] or IMAP[on iPhone]), the email appears to be sent correctly, but the email never gets delivered. On a third account, I get a password erro

We cannot receive or send emails

Email will not send or receive through Outlook anymore. I can receive emails through my iphone, but cannot send emails there either. It seems this is a common problem many Homestead users are having. Is it being addressed? Is there a fix?

Multiple problem posts, particularly in regards to email issues (which I also am having), but no responses. I've been with Homestead since it's founding and Homestead really needs to refocus its' efforts on progress, innovation and support.

Email is receiving messages but not sending. Appearing as sent as they leave the outbox but they aren't received on other end. Help! Business E-mail and it's causing issues.

I haven't logged into Roundcube for awhile and don't remember my user name nor password. Can anybody help me by telling me how to take care of this situation.
