I know people are visiting my website. However, when I log in I show "No Visitors?" Why is that?

I receive monthly invoices from Homestead for services. I pay the invoices each month, but I do not receive a receipt for payment. Can Homestead issue me a receipt for each invoice I have paid so far in 2026?
