How do I use my Domain for shopify store. It will not let me add a CNAME

I would like to change my password, but the form keeps telling me my existing password is not valid even though I'm using that password to log in. Please advise.

The easy way was to make a new site and publish it, which I did and my problem was solved 1 The old site was with the old sitebuilder. I made a new site and the problem was solved!
