Sitebuilder Plus: File Extensions

When uploading a file to Sitebuilder Plus it may be rejected for one of these two main reasons,  the file does not fit the accepted file extensions or it has an invalid file name. 

Invalid file names include file names that consist of any special characters (!, @, #, $, %, ^, &, *, ., -, _) and/or spaces in the name. Keep files short and alphanumeric, containing only number and letters. Any invalid names must be edited from your computer as there is not a way to rename it through the editor. 

Here is a list of accepted files.

 HTML 5 video files: .mp4, .webm, .ogv     

 Audio files:  .mp3, .mp4, .aac, .wav, .ogg

 Images: .gif, .png, .jpg, .jpeg (recommended .jpg)

 Sound files: .mid, .midi, .wav, .aif, .aiff, .au, .mp3

 HTML files: .html, .htm

 Quicktime files: .qt, .aif, .mov

 Realplayer files: .rm, .ra, .ram

 Shockwave files: .dcr, .swa, .w3d

 Flash files: .fla, .swf

 Windows Media Player: .asf, .wma, .wmv, .asx, .wax, .rmi
