Our clients are filling out one of forms (that has NOT had any changes made to it) and we are not getting the submissions. How does it go from working perfectly fine for years to not working? What do we need to do?

The scroll bar is too sensitive, a minor movement causes it to jump to end of screen way past anything on the page. It is very difficult to make minor adjustments in scrolling. It leaps way beyond desired movement.
