The SiteBuilder desktop version hasn't been working since yesterday. Can't log in. A Login Error sign pops up saying, "There has been an error logging in. Please double-check your username and password"

I have a screen grab if I could attach it, but the gist of it is that I'm unable to see "Insert - Image - Image Scroller" because the full menu is off screen to the left!

I'm trying to prevent search engines to discover the image on the site. How can I edit the default robots.txt file to include my restriction? I can't seem to find that file using "filemanager"?

For a week now, I have not been allowed to edit my website pages.. I am an ad poster and this is not going over good with my clients.
