Attempts to insert a favicon not working at all - where is the SSL cert that I requested?
Hello - I followed the tutorials for inserting the favicon that I created, nothing works. One set of code resulted in the favicon appearing in the margin space of the web pages. Also, I requested that pbitile.com appear as a secure site, and this feature should be free with my subscription. Still showing as "not secure".

Pretty frustrating. For the amount that we are paying for this site, every feature is very clunky and feels very "nineties". Support is very friendly but limited. We have had such good luck with the other websites on GoDaddy, better features and savvy tech support. I started pbitile.com a long time ago and don't want to move it, but I can't get any help - at least, I can't get anything beyond the basics.
