Hello,
Unfortunately, it does look like that domain expired. We would have sent you a number of emails over the past couple of months regarding this. It seems as though once it expired, someone purchased the domain through GoDaddy. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to restore the domain to your account. I will definitely refund you the charge for this domain and get that removed from your billing.
