Maintenance Alert: Limited Access to Domains Management Settings

It's been over a week, when will i get to use my domain that I purchased from you?

What is the domain name you're having trouble with?

I've received word that this maintenance will go through mid-August. 

Again, you will see very little effect from this maintenance. Customers may occasionally experience issues updating DNS or accessing your domain settings. Other than that, any issues you may experience are unrelated and should be reported in a separate post. 

So.. I am trying to set up and point a new domain from go-daddy. Am I on hold until late August?

You can publish without issue. The only thing that may see a disruption at times is your ability to edit your domain's DNS.

It says its "published"  but it isn't...and I've tried on at least 3 different computers and a smartphone, so it wasn't cookie issue.

@russ3073​ I completely agree with you! I have been with this company 10+ years and the last 2 have been absolutely horrible.  The email rarely works. I pay for two domains but only one works. The one website that does work has so many added characters that the text cannot be read properly. Now this "maintenance" has been going on several months with no legit responses.  Grrrr

I agree with Steve. This is not something we sent. Please disregard this and run a malware scan if you did click on anything.

This has nothing to do with the maintenance, but does unfortunately happen sometimes. Please try creating a new site and please let me know if you get the same error. 

Crazy!  I just added "lasvegasvirtualnotary" and chose the same template...and it worked!  I am in the Editor now.

What are my next steps?  I need this to point to the new domain I purchased (lasvegasvirtualnotary.com) instead of onlinenotary.

Is "onlinenotary" just flapping in the breeze somewhere now? LOL!

@elyzabethv​ CORRECTION I am paying for three domains and poshpartyplace.com site or email does not work. Can you please provide assistance. My domains are poshpartyplace.com ; trinitifrazier.com ; and trinitifrazierphotography.com  Also there are several characters showing on the site pages and "maintenance" has been going on well over a month.
