How to close my account

I had to upgrade my computer and am using a "new" version of Outlook. I cannot add my website's e-mail account to this verion of Outlook. The posts on community are all for older versions and don't apply. Anyone know how to deal with the "new" outlook?

Hi, I put a donation box on my website and added the e-mail for the e-transfers but when I click on it to check if it works I get this message: "This organization can't accept donations right now." It is paypal.  Is it not working due to maintenance at the moment? Is it an issue with paypal?
