I wish to cancel my my website on Homestead, I have completed all the boxes of cancellation... and now it says I must phone them. I am unable to phone an American phone number from where I am in New Zealand ! What email can I use to contact the Help team to cancel my account instead of phoning them?

Please be sure to read through all of this, not just a portion. I was finally able to build our new website using Website Builder. I also managed to get it published. This is a screen shot of part of my site. There is an element 'hiding' off to the upper left that I can't see when in the editor. How can I get it displayed in the editor so I can remove it?

Homestead tech support has informed me that I can not download copies of my files from my website to my laptop as backup. The cause is that 'websitebuilder' doesn't have this capability. Has anyone developed a method by which I can download my files?
