When I try to choose my domain, it says domain associated with another account- I only have one account, and I own the domain. How do I fix this?

Our payments are up to date, but our website doesn't show up. The error message (on either Chrome or Safari) says the site can't be reached or the browswer can't find the server. When / how will this be fixed, and can we get a refund for the days our website has been down?

My company website and email are down. this is not acceptable.
