Please do anyone know how I can reach out to Homestead support apart from calling? I am facing an issue with changing my namesaver and it hasn't gone through for over 3 days now

I’m working in Homestead to update the DNS records so I can authenticate my domain with MailerLite. The problem is that Homestead won’t let me enter litesrv._domainkey in the Host/Name field under CNAME. This is the only step holding up the verification. What’s the correct way to resolve this? There are two different domains that should be pointing to two different websites. However, it appears both are pointing to the same 'homesteadcloud.com' site. The domain www.carmenhillman.com should point to carmenhillman.homesteadcloud.com as it's the site that contains the content for carmenhillm

I had this same issue recently with Built By Omega dot com. Online ((here) wasn't helpful, I mean for many weeks!), so maybe you can see whatever tech support did over the phone that fixed the issue? They are closed today. I was advised wrongly (here) to change to cloud flare NS. That wasn't correct
