can't access my homestead website stats for two of my websites for the past few days.

  • Force a hard refresh: Press Ctrl + F5 (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + R (Mac) while on the page to pull fresh server data. [1]
  • Test Incognito Mode: Open an Incognito/Private window, log into your Homestead Account, and try accessing the stats there. If this works, your primary browser's cookies or cached data are causing the block. [1, 2]

4. Setup a Permanent Backup Tracker
Homestead's built-in tracker can occasionally suffer from data gaps or tracking bugs. To prevent flying blind in the future, it is highly recommended to integrate an independent backup tracker: [1]
  • Google Analytics: You can create a free account, grab your tracking ID, and inject it into your header settings to ensure continuous traffic recording. []
  • AddFreeStats (AFS): Many Homestead community members use the AFS Analytics integration by pasting their custom HTML tracking snippet into the site's footer. [1]

Checked and tried everything except 4. Nothing works. 

Website builder stats not working. 

There is no error message. Just empty page. It worked fine for years. For the past week - no sign of stats.

Many thanks for a valuable message. That is just wonderful. With regard to an email I received recently - Thank you for choosing Homestead. We want to inform you of an upcoming price adjustment to your current Homestead billing. Please note that this adjustment will be reflected in your next renewal statement. - There is always something that does not work with Hmestead. My missing stats are not an isolated article. Homestead is gone down the drain and although I have patiently stayed with Homestead through its various hiccups and quality downgrades whilst prices raked up over the past almost 30 years - I will be transfering all of my domains and websites elsewhere. It appears staff had left the building, and the light was forgotten to be turned off.
