I cant publish my changes on my web site

Hello,

I have made some changes in Sitebuilder to my Web site and I pushed the button publish as usual, but when I go to the website on internet the changes are not published.

When I push the buton "Publish" you see on the screen 100% but it doesn't open the published page as usual.

Could you please check why I can't publish the changes on my web site?

It is urgent.

Thanks in advance

FYI -

WEBSITE PAGE NOT PUBLISHING: Use Google Chrome or Firefox browser.
1. Try an F5 to Refresh your browser.
2. Publishing will be prohibited if you exceed your page limit or your storage limit. Does your account allow for 25 MB of disk space? If you are attempting to exceed that amount, so it will not publish.
3. You may add 1gb of space for $2/month.
4. you can look in the file manager and see if there are files no longer on a page that you can delete to free up some space.
5. To see your used and remaining storage space, go to homestead.com and log into your account. Select My Account > Account Summary > In the page that opens, you'll see your site stats, including the amount of MB used and remaining.
6. Do you have a 5 page plan? You may be trying to publish more than 5 pages. You can either remove pages to get down to 5, or you can add a 10/pack, 10 additional pages for $2/month.
7. Have you tried publishing from the file manager? https://community.homestead.com/homestead/topics/why-are-my-changes-not-publishing.

Have you reviewed your website publishing limitations?

Now I have problems in deleting files in File manager.

If I try to remove files which are no longer on a page I get a message that I can't do this due to some server issues and that Ihave to call to a numer in the US.

Why can't I delete files in file manager that are no longe on a page?

Last time I had the same problem but when I tried it the next day it was possibel to delete these files. How come that it is nog always possibel tot delete files which are no longer used?

@birgit7215 Your are using SB+?

To delete files from your Homestead Plus website file manager, log in, navigate to the file manager from the control panel, select the file(s) you want to remove, and then click the delete icon or right-click and select "Delete". Confirm the action when prompted.
Step-by-step guide
  1. Log in: Sign in to your Homestead website's control panel or dashboard.
  2. Access File Manager: Find and click on the "File Manager" link or button. You may need to go through "Websites Manager" and then "Edit Site" to find it, as shown in community.homestead.com.
  3. Locate the file: Browse through the folders to find the file you want to delete.
  4. Select the file: Click on the file to highlight it.
  5. Delete the file:
    • Click the delete icon (often a trash can) in the top menu bar.
    • Alternatively, right-click the file and select "Delete".
    • You can also press the "delete" key on your keyboard.
  6. Confirm the deletion: A confirmation message will appear. Click "Confirm" or the equivalent to permanently remove the file.
  7. Save and publish: If you have deleted a page, make sure to save and publish your site for the changes to take effect.

I know how to delete files but it doesn't work properly.

The problem is that I can delete one or to files and then I get the message that there is a server problem and the error code 0x23

When I log in again I can, when I am luckey, again delete 1 or to files and sometimes I get the error message directly.

As fot the Christmas period I have tot delete several files it really is a prolbem.

I have started yesterday and I have still nog deleted enough files to publish my site due tot the fact that most of the time i get an erro message instead of deleteng a file.

I have this website aleadry for a verry long time and it is the first time this is such a problem.

Can you please check why I always get the error message
