Unable to cancel additional domain

My website account was automatically renewed this month. Before the renewal date, I tried to cancel my additional domain because I no longer want it.

The Homestead Domain Center returned a 404 error, and my account was renewed anyway, including the additional domain that I no longer wanted.

I would like to inow how I can get confirmation that my additional domain (carolenicholas.com) will be deleted.

I would also really like my additional domain renewal price refunded, and confirmation that I will not be charged again next year for that unwanted additional domain.

To cancel a Homestead domain name, log into your Homestead Account Manager, go to the Domain Center, and select Delete Domain. If you want to stop automatic renewal fees or cancel the associated billing contract completely, you must call Homestead support directly at 800-710-1998. [1, 2, 3]

Managing Domain Cancellation Online

Go to your account dashboard and click Domains on the left menu.

Find your specific domain name in the list.

Choose Delete Domain or change the site association if you just want to unlink it.

Check the box to confirm you understand the notice and click Delete Domain again. [1, 2]

Stopping Billing and Subscriptions

Call Homestead support at 800-710-1998 (Monday–Friday) to ensure your subscription and recurring charges stop.

Turn off auto-renewals in your billing profile if the option is visible to prevent accidental charges before the final cancellation goes through
