Account: View Billing
To get more information on any current or previous billing information. 

1. Click on account from the top right. 
2. Select Billing & Payments from the drop down.



From the next screen you will see all the billing information. This window shows

The current credit/debit card on file for payments. 
Any credit amount posted to the account. 
The next upcoming bill date. 
A hyperlink to view all payments for the entirety of the account. 
The date of all previous charges
The card and amount of all previous charges.

It is hard for me to get on the phone with my job.  Could a customer service agent check my account?  I canceled my simple store in sitebuilder  a few days ago and upgraded to the store in website builder the same day.  I was charged for both today. Could I please be refunded for the simple store and also make sure I am not charged again for it.

I do see 2 simple store add ons currently. One is for http://dscreationsixblessedjohn.homestead.com/Store.html and the other store is attached to fitbyfaith.net. We want to remove the one attached to your old site http://dscreationsixblessedjohn.homestead.com/Store.html correct?
