Registration form

I need to create a registration form. The choices under "elements" are very basic. Is there a way I can design my own form?

Alas, Website Builder does not have any useful forms to use. You have to embed an outide party form. If you need a lot of flexibility and choice selections that are easy to use, I recommend FORMSITE. It is not a free app, but I have used it for MANY things on my websites and it works pretty well (also ties in with payment portals too) If you don't need fancy-try JotForm or 123Formbuilder.com. There are free versions of those.
