email Mailto link versus the "contact us" form page

I maintain an HOA website. I inherited this from a previous person. The site has a "Contact us" page on which the user can fill in their email and info. This page emails that info to me, the "webmaster".  I would rather it sent this email to our current board of directors, which is a list of 7 individual email addresses. I can place a MailTo link on a age, but it doesn't know to launch the users default email app, versus gmail, or hotmail, etc.  Can I change the "contact us" link to send an email to that list , not just me. I do not see anywhere on the actual page to set that.
