Please fix

I has been months and My site cannot be accessed by me through the Chrome broaser www.benatarfilm.com  repeatedly give be a page with "No internet connection: Try... blah blah blah... ERR_INTERNET_DISCONNECTED" inter net, my router was changed out. I am cleary on the  internet. When I had my security changed from Avast to Norton the technition checked this situation out and said that " Google restricted access  and that might be due to licencing concerns and I should contacr my web site asministrator to fix the issue. Yet every time imsearch for help on Homestead.com I am directed here and none of you seem to get what is goin on with chrome and my web page! Will I have to move to "go daddy" or "duck duck go" 's web page builder to have a site that is accessible to all?????
