- Click on Settings
- Click on Filters
- Click on the + at the bottom of the screen.
A new filter will appear to the right.
- Name the filter
- Make the desired selections for Rules and Actions. On the right side, you can add or delete rules and actions.
If you are specifically using this feature to forward emails:
- Click "all messages"
- Choose "redirect message to" from the drop down
- Type the email address you want to redirect them to
- Click "Save"
