POP Email Setup: Mozilla Thunderbird

If you aren't sure of the difference between POP and IMAP and why you would use one or the other, please click here.

1. Click on Email under Create a new account.
   
    
   
   
2. Click Skip this and use my existing email.
    
   
   
   
3. Enter your name, email address, and email password. Click Continue.
   
   
   
   
4. Select POP3 and then Manual config.
   
    
   
   
5. Set the configuration as shown.
   
   Incoming: POP3
   pop.homestead.com
   Port: 995
   Normal Password
   
   smtp.homestead.com
   Port: 465
   Normal Password
   
   Username: full email address
   
   Click Done.
   
    
   
   
   You can now view your email in Thunderbird!
