Changing the password
When I try to press the "Edit" button under "My Account" | "Password", nothing pops up, and nothing appears on screen. And the page doesn't change at all. What is blocking me from changing the password?

I called the Support Line (1-800-710-1998) and they suggested I used the "Forgot Password" link on the Login page. That is a bit unsatisfying--but if it works, it works.
