Getting the mail delivery system bounce back on all gmail accounts. Anyone find a solution? I called Homestead technical support, and basically got hung up on.

Hello,

Your domain is pointing to Cloudflare via nameserver, so I cannot check your DNS. Can you log into that account and send me a screenshot of the DNS, so I can see if there is anything we need to correct?

Hello Tonya,

Your domains nameservers are pointing to Wix, so I cannot fix this for you. You'll need to log onto your Wix account to make sure you have all of the records listed in this article, especially the TXT record SPF.

Ok, you only need one of those two bottom TXT records and the record should be:

v=spf1 ip4:66.96.128.0/18 include:websitewelcome.com ?all

@elyzabethv  There are people who know what DNS are/is I'm not one of them. ditto SPF and DKIM. Can Homestead fix this at the root? We are not software engineers or programmers. If Homestead want to offer email services they should make sure they work and not dump the responsibility onto third parties. Are there any Homestead employees looking at the problem or is it just left to us to 'chat' until somebody works it out? I don't have a clue what the problem is and don't know where to start. I am beginning to consider abandoning the email part of my contract.
