Is this still a log in problem with frank@the-staffroom.com? I am still able to log in to Roundcube. Is he now able to? or not? There are new messages in his mailbox. Have you tried updating his password? Once we see we can get into Roundcube, then we can consider Outlook.

If this is a new problem, can you tell me who sent you something you did not receive? The email address of the sender and the approximate date/time will be enough to look.
