SERVER ERRORS...UNBELIEVEABLE MESS!

After a ridiculous number of server issues this past weekend, I posted here and never received a response. 

Essentially, while the system said my domain name was not available it was and was and created four new websites while I was going through the process of trying to find an available name, then when I started working on one of them, it overrode my almost completed site for another project. 

When chat finally became available, I was told my files could be restored to last Friday...they weren't, instead the site was published, and now  the following with a meeting rescheduled for tomorrow morning. 

 Vishu K: Lisa, i have checked your site backup files but it isn't available at this moment as we are currently migrating accounts to a new, secure data center. It may get available once we finish migrating the accounts.

Lisa: She said it was, this is not acceptable and what is your time frame?

Vishu K: There isn't any ETA as of now. You can stay posted at our system status blog status.homestead.com . And we are almost done with server maintenance and the good thing is, services are already working for some of the users. We are aware that some of the users are still not able to access the services on which we are working.

Ready to give up...it seemed like such a great platform.  This is how you run a business?!?!
