I have been a customer since January 2015. I received a similar email.  I don't understand what you mean in your email to me, which states: "This message confirms the recent activity on your Homestead account."
And, I don't understand why the following change is noted and an increase in price:
"#  Base Package Added:
 - Package Name: Website Starter Package
 - Payment Plan: Monthly
 - Package Price: $7.99
 - Prorated Price: $0.00

#  Base Package Removed:
 - Package Name: Website Starter Package
 - Payment Plan: Monthly
 - Package Price: $5.99
 - Prorated Price: $0.00 Credit

i received the same e-mail.  Just got off of the chat line with a very helpful representative and she informed me that Homestead has raised their costs and the e-mail you just received is showing you that the new website plan will be billed to you on your next billing cycle.  The second entry (Base Package Removed) is showing you that the old plan will be cancelled.  It's all in the bookkeeping end of things.

Hello,

I just received the same e-mail much to my surprise.  I have the basic package and I am wondering if anyone knows whether this increase is also due to some new features on the web builder?
