Domain registration failed and now i cant even log into the dashboard to edit site

I received an email that says Your attempt to register the Web address (domain name)  has failed. When I log in, it takes me directly to a page to chat or call but they are closed today for holiday. I dont even see my dashboard so i cant even continue working on the site and today is a holiday Please helP
