Cannot record province in my contact information

I was prompted by Homestead Technologies to confirm my contact information associated with my domain CENTERFORHUMANAWAKENING.COM. 

I went into my account to confirm my contact information and noticed that I cannot select the province (i.e., Ontario) I live in, in CANADA. There are no options to select a province in the country of CANADA.
