Delete A Domain
I have been unable to delete one of my domains and it is costing me MONEY! Please help. I keep getting a 404 error. It doesn't seem to matter on which computer or whether at work or home. Please help, as I do not want to keep paying for something I am not using.

Hello everyone. I finally got my answer to the issue of not being able to delete a domain. You used to be able to do it by choosing the delete option in the domain manager section. But not anymore. You MUST call. I finally did and was told that the option to delete on your own has been removed. This is why I got a 404 error every time I tried.
I have to delete two more domains shortly and I will have to call for each one. What a pain! But at least we now know.
And why is the option still there if it can't be used? Perhaps they should put a pop-up screen when you try to delete that says you must call to complete this request. smh
