Switching Domains from an old website with sitebuilder to new website with website builder

I am having trouble switching my domain (richmondclaims.com) over to a new version of the website made with website builder. I have looked up other posts and followed instructions from https://community.homestead.com/conversations/websitebuilder/websitebuilder-ssl/5f2a9b3158180958845dab29 but I am still getting Error 1001. I do not know what else to do to get this website working.
