Called help line twice!

Greetings, 

My site lostinthoughtcsi.com will not load. It has been published now for about two weeks. I've called the help line twice, and each time they said it would take four to twenty-four hours for it to be live. I'm not sure why I'm having this problem; however, any sites I create and publish are not working, and I keep having to call the help line.
