That makes sense. Sorry for the confusion. I see you are referring to the Websites Manager page on the Homestead website not the Websites Manager link in the Sitebuilder program. Yes, that link was there for years and I'm not sure why the developers

If you've created a site with other software you will not be able to edit it with out SiteBuilder, but you can upload the pages through the File Manager located in the SiteBuilder.
