email not constantly receiving messages
@elyzabethv Please assist. Some of our email users connect their email to outlook. But they have been encountering delays receiving messages or not receiving at all. I ask them to access the email directly to round cube link but once log in, the inbox is actually empty. Please assist what's going on or how to fix it.

Hello,
Please make sure that the Email Client Settings are correct:
Email Client Settings | Homestead Community
There are settings in Outlook that will pull the emails off of the Roundcube server completely. You should be able to turn on the option to leave a copy of the emails on the server.
