Read this if you are missing contacts or calendar entries after the Roundcube conversion.

If you have been converted to Roundcube Webmail and you are missing contacts and/or calendar entries, it is most likely due to a very old password. Passwords that have not been changed in a very long time can't be read by the system and will not be able to carry over this data.

To be sure, please update all email passwords on your account so that  you are assured of all data moving. If you are already missing data, then update the password on each box that is missing data. After you have updated the password, you may provide the affected email addresses to us and will will rerun it for you.

You may post the email addresses in this topic, or you may create a new private topic if you wish to keep your emails private.

In the mean time, the OX webmail is still working. So if you need to see the data you do not yet have in Roundcube, you may log in to the Open Xchange Webmail using this link,
